Hubert C. Cutolo, Esq., Founding Partner
Hubert C. Cutolo, Esq., is a member of the Firm and concentrates
his practice on community association law and complex commercial
litigation. Mr. Cutolo also practices in the areas of criminal
defense, municipal court, and collections. Mr. Cutolo was
a Howard Hughes Scholar and graduated Pennsylvania State
University. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Cutolo
worked for a Fortune 500 technology company in sales and implementation
of computer systems for businesses. |

While working
in this field, Mr. Cutolo attended Brooklyn Law School
from which he earned his Juris Doctorate. After graduating
law school, Mr. Cutolo commenced a judicial clerkship
with the Honorable Louis F. Locascio in the Superior
Court of New Jersey.
Prior to founding the Cutolo Law Firm,
Mr. Cutolo was associated with the law firm of Sodini & Spina,
LLC concentrating his practice in community association
law and banking litigation.
Mr. Cutolo regularly
advises community and condominium associations and cooperatives
on issues related to transition negotiations with developers,
drafting and negotiations of association service contracts,
rules and regulations and alternative dispute resolution, construction
defect litigation, fair housing compliance, collections,
municipal services and relations, restrictive covenant
enforcement and interpretation and any necessary litigation-related
services.
Mr. Cutolo is admitted to practice in the State Courts in
New York and New Jersey and the Federal Courts in New Jersey. He is a member of
the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association and the
Community Associations Institute. Among the more notable published cases in
which Mr. Cutolo has been principally involved are Psak, Graziano, Piasecki &
Whitelaw v. Fleet National Bank, 392 N.J.Super. 227 (App. Div. 2007) and State
of Maine v. SeKap, S.A. Greek Co-op Cigarette Mfg. Co., S.A., 390 N.J.Super.
199 (App. Div. 207).
Mr. Cutolo is a frequent speaker and has written numerous articles in the area of
community association law.

Daniel Barros, Esq., Associate
Daniel Barros, Esq., is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in the area of community association law and commercial litigation. Mr. Barros graduated from Methodist College and has a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from American University. Prior to law school, Mr. Barros worked for the U.S. Department of Justice through its Outstanding Scholars Program. Mr. Barros received his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, where he was a member of the Environmental Law and Policy Review. After graduating law school, Mr. Barros served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Longhi, Assignment Judge, Superior Court, Middlesex County, New Jersey. |

Mr. Barros is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute. Mr. Barros focuses his practice on providing homeowners associations, condominium associations and cooperatives with a full range of legal advice and services including the drafting and negotiation of association service contracts, rules and regulations and alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”), collections, transition negotiations with developers, construction defect litigation, municipal services and relations, fair housing compliance, restrictive covenant enforcement and interpretation, and any necessary litigation-related services.

Jeffrey S. Paige, Esq., Associate
Jeffrey S. Paige, Esq. is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of community association law and commercial litigation. Mr. Paige earned his B.A. in History from Villanova University. From there, he attended Seton Hall University School of Law on a Chancellor’s Scholarship for all three years and graduated cum laude. During his third year at Seton Hall, Mr. Paige participated in Seton Hall’s Housing and Homelessness Clinic, where he achieved positive results for clients prior to graduating law school while at the same time giving back to the community.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paige was associated with the law firm of Sodini & Spina where he concentrated his practice in banking and commercial litigation. His practical experience includes all phases of litigation including pre-filing strategy, trial and appeal. Mr. Paige also has experience in the field of collections, having founded and operated his own distressed debt buying company prior to joining the firm. Mr. Paige focuses his practice on providing homeowners associations, condominium associations and cooperatives with a full range of legal advice and services. Mr. Paige is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Joseph A. Kutschman III, Esq., Associate
Joseph A. Kutschman III, Esq., is an associate with the
firm and concentrates his practice in the area of community association
law. Mr. Kutschman received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mary
Washington University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University
School of Law. During law school, Mr. Kutschman served as a judicial
intern to the Honorable Joseph L. Foster, J.S.C. and to the Honorable
James M. Blaney, J.S.C. Mr. Kutschman was certified as a legal intern
in the bankruptcy clinic for Widener University School of Law. After
graduating law school, Mr. Kutschman served as a judicial law clerk to
the Honorable Paul X. Escandon, J.S.C.
Mr. Kutschman is admitted to practice in the State
Courts of New Jersey and the United States District
Court, District of New Jersey. He is a member
of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Andrew Stein, Esq., Associate
Andrew Stein, Esq., is an associate with the Firm and concentrates his
practice in the areas of community association law and commercial litigation. Mr.
Stein earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University and his
Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. During
law school, Mr. Stein served as judicial intern to the Honorable James
E. Isman, J.S.C. Mr. Stein also served as Summer Competition Coordinator
on the Moot Court Board. After graduating from law school,
Mr. Stein served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn,
J.S.C.
Mr. Stein is admitted to practice in the State Courts
of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in the United States
District Court, District of New Jersey. He is also
a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey
